Terms and Conditions

  1. Newport Jazz Club regrets that the venue, timings, and line-ups may be subject to change and/or cancellation. Any change or cancellation will be announced via all means at our ready disposal.
  2. It is the attendee's responsibility to check that any Jazz Club event has not been cancelled or rescheduled.
  3. Newport Jazz Club regrets that any tickets unclaimed or seats not taken within 30 minutes of the scheduled start of the performance may be released and re-sold.
  4. In the case of fully sold-out concerts, returns will be offered for re-sale on the day at the venue from the time of the scheduled start of the concert and for the the next 30 minutes. The box office will then close.
  5. Under no circumstances are Newport Jazz Club tickets to be offered for resale above their face value.
  6. Right of Admission reserved - Newport Jazz Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder.
  7. No animals (except guide dogs) are permitted into the Newport Jazz Club venue.
  8. Neither Newport Jazz Club nor the venue shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus any relevant Administration Fee.
  9. Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited without prior written permission from Newport Jazz Club.
  10. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of the actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element in any/all media throughout the world.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and at our sole discretion
